I am Dasa Szekely (pronounced: Dascha Seekai)
In addition to my work as a coach and psychological life counsellor, I also train in Transactional Analysis (TA). TA has accompanied and inspired me for 18 years now and forms the foundation of my 21 years of counselling practice.
Transactional Analysis benefits everyone!
Anyone who is interested in their own development and in relationships can use TA to better understand themselves and others. Of course, this also applies to anyone who has to deal with people professionally, be it as a manager, in human resources or in the helping or counselling professions. For all of the above, the introductory course and the Foundation Year are suitable. For those who would like to go one step further and provide counselling, I offer training to become a TA counsellor after the Foundation Year.
Counselling with Transactional Analysis
Many people already use TA concepts and models, often without understanding the whole map. This is a pity, because TA offers much more than the “drama triangle” or the “drivers”. Its effectiveness increases when the individual concepts and models are considered in relation to each other.
Quality
As a certified teacher, I work and train according to the ethical guidelines of TA. With regular intervision and supervision, I ensure that I reflect on what I do and how I do it.
Focus on didactics and relation
In my TA training, I not only teach TA theory, but also how to do counselling with TA (as this is very different from other counselling schools). It is important to me that the learning is creative, lively and stimulating and that you can apply the knowledge gained in a sustainable way.
Counselling with TA is above all relational work. A good relationship with a client requires a healthy and stable relationship with oneself. I believe that this is something one can learn.
