Masterclass 

Level 3: TA counsellor (2-3 years)

Level 2: Foundation Year (1 year)

Level 1: Introductory course (TA 101, 2 days)

If after TA 101 you think something like ‘I want to apply this in my job!’, you continue with the Foundation Year. After that you might be satisfied (for now) or want to go deeper and learn how to counsel with TA. After about 2 years, you can graduate as a TA consultant (only possible in Germany) and/or go for the international ‘Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA)’ certificate.

This is where you will be (or on the adjoining terrace :)) In addition, there are three rooms for small groups and breaks.

Do I have to do the Foundation Year before I start with the TA training?

Not necessarily. But it makes sense to do the Foundation Year before the counselling training. Let's have a chat to find out whether you can start the TA training straight away.

Analogue and digital - how it fits best

The theory inputs for the TA training are online because this is perfect for presentations. In the face-to-face trainings, on the other hand, there should be no equipment between us - the focus here is on our personal encounter.
